Summer packets have always been a tough thing for me to tackle. Simply because with awards, report cards, end of the year fun, and all of the other craziness during the last month of school, it's hard to keep up with.
That's why I decided to create these mini books for summer packets this year.
There are two options in the summer packet:
1. 1-sided book
2. 2-sided book
I HIGHLY, HIGHLY suggest the 2-sided books. Each book only takes 8 pieces of paper per kid!
And it makes it "staple-able".
Step 1: Print out packet.
Front/back if you choose the 2-sided book!
Step 2: Cut in half.
Step 3: Put top half on top of bottom half.
Page 14 and 15 should line up right in the middle.
No organizing or rearranging required!
Step 4: Staple!
I have found that PaperPro One Finger stapler at WalMart is a magical tool!
Swinglines are good, too for more paper.
If your stapler isn't able to staple through 15+ pages, you can hole punch and tie!
Then, the books are ready to flip through and send home.
