Five for Friday (I'm Alive!)

Second day blogging in a row after a month off? Get outta here.....
I'm linking up with Ms. Doodle Bugs Teacher for Five to Friday.

 [ONE]

Pumpkin Time!!!!!!!!!!
This makes waking up early for school all better!

[TWO]

I spent some time on Sunday prepping for the week.
This makes teaching SO much easier!
Lunches were ready to go and dinner was ready after my workout... made my evenings and mornings much easier.

[THREE]

Update on homework!
My kiddos have been GREAT with their homework folders. All but 2 of my kids have brought their folders back on Friday with their work ALL done! They've been rewarded with clip ups, of course!
I'm happy we've made it to week 6 of my homework pack and not had many kiddos failing to do it!

[FOUR]

Some of my anchor charts so far this year.
My kids are enjoying their anchor charts.
Now just looking for a great way to easily hang/display them. Ideas??

[FIVE]
 Math partner games!

Kiddos are matching up different ways to represent a number.

  1. Love the post! I got a great idea this year for anchor charts! Put command strips in the wall, and hang them with binder rings! It works great, without any tape! :)

  2. Thanks for sharing the place value game from Becca. I did something similar last year and had forgotten about it. I'm gearing up for place value lessons next week. Perfect!

    Thanks,

  5. The tire! That is so funny!

I am trying to find ways to display/keep my anchor charts too! I am going to hang hooks on the back of my closet door to store them. I am going to hang yarn between two hooks to display my anchor charts. :)

Love your idea to have a homework folder! Thanks for sharing.
