Wordless Wednesday (Homework)

Linking up with Miss Decarbo for Wordless Wednesday.
No explanation needed... just a picture and a question.

What is your homework collection process?
(And just a secret heads-up, these homework folders will be highlighted on my blog TOMORROW!!)

  1. In the past I have had some combination of pass it forward and collection individually. I am trying something new this year for late work, so I am hoping it will be all individual collection from students. I had to hide my baskets a few years ago because my high school students were sneaking in late assignments.

  2. All my homework goes home on Monday and is due back the following Monday! That way, I am only pulling out papers once a week to grade!

  3. We have always used homework folders, which I had the kids put into the "homework folder basket" and then I went through the folders, pulling out what I needed. Last year we switched to a weekly homework packet and used Second Story Window's homework, which made things much faster and easier since I was only pulling homework on Friday.

  4. I use plastic document folders (with snap or velcro closure) for homework. Our reading curriculum has nightly reading homework. I go through them every morning...which takes longer than I'd like it to. I look forward to your post tomorrow!
