Currently AND 5 For Friday

Two linky parties in one!
I am linking up with Farley over at Oh Boy 4th Grade and Doodle Bugs Teaching for two linky parties in one!

[ONE]
We got an INVITATION for our Teacher Appreciation Week...
Like we wouldn't even consider coming!!!!
A big apple for the kiddos to sign with a little card with all of our themed days next week.
They were setting up after school today and those girls are going all out!!!

[TWO]

We took a field trip to the Arboretum today!
Learned all about plants and trees.

[THREE]
One more week of celebrating...
My Close Reading pack made it to #49 last week on TPT.
So glad to see a fabulous release week.

[FOUR]
These are pictures from last year, BUT just a picture to show what I just copied and got prepared for next week. One page a day for the rest of the year... Then we are all done!

[FIVE]
CURRENTLY....

Loving my girl Amber from Party in Primary!

Time to link back to check out these amazing ladies link-ups!

  1. Wow, I can't believe you get a whole week of being pampered… we get one day. But that's ok…we still feel loved.

As for a spa day…you and me both. My birthday is coming up so my hubby paid for me and a friend to go to a spa for the whole day. Yay. Just what I need to get through school till summer.

P.S. I linked up right after you on Farley's Currently but I've been following you since you taught second!

  3. Wow! I would love to go to the SDE conference in Vegas! I used to go to the one in Orlando, Florida and it was fantastic. Question about your close reads: Do you implement them during whole group or guided reading?
