Five for Friday (April 18)

Ah! April is halfway over!

Here is a quick look back at my long, but eventful week.
(Long because it was my first week back after Spring Break.)

Can I just start out by pointing out how much I am LOVING this weather.
Not too hot, not too cold...
Although, it did snow on Monday. We are going to pretend that didn't happen.
I love teaching with my window open- unless it is windy, then chaos ensues.

Throwback FRIDAY!
I have these copied and ready for the kiddos to assemble today, but since I am posting this before I leave for school, I can't exactly show you this year's bunch!

Happy Earth Day!
I'll post an update on Insta or FB on Monday of how the kid's turned out!

I love watching my kiddos in action using my centers.
Here are several centers we did this week.

They had so much fun.
We used them during Skill Drill and Core Extension!!

Have you tried GoNoodle?
My collaborative blog has teamed up with GoNoodle to show some AMAZING brain breaks.
Check back SOON for a HUGE giveaway and some fun pictures or all 20 of our kiddos in action!

Can I just celebrate for a minute?
Last week, my Animal Nonfiction Bundle made it into the Top 100 products on TPT!
How cool?!
#52 in all sales from last week! Most likely won't EVER happen again, but hey I can celebrate for now!!

To check out other great bloggers' weeks, check out Doodle Bugs here!

  1. Your classroom looks like such a fun place! Congrats on your top 100 product! That is such an accomplishment!

  2. I love that your kiddos do compound words. That isn't in our Va curriculum to teach in first grade. I think it would be fun to do as centers. The week after break is always the longest week!!! aahhh

  3. We love Go Noodle in my classroom! Your spring centers are cute - I will have to go check them out. Congrats on your top 100 TPT product! I aspire to be there one day! :)
