Thank goodness for Hope King over at Second Grade Shenanigans.
She is hosting a Tuesday linky party where we can showcase a blog post from last year for this year.
Sunday, I posted a big centers post and Holly Jolly Holiday Centers was one of the centers I talked about. Today's post is a throwback from last year. My kids were dressed in their pajamas and we did centers the last two days of school before Christmas break. They loved it
And I must say, last year, I was a TERRIBLE blogger in December. I must have been busy because boy, oh boy, I had about zero blog posts!!
So check out this blog post from last year.
Dated : December 20, 2012
The last day before our Christmas break, my students participated in centers. We did the Literacy centers on Monday with the recording sheets, then the Math centers on Tuesday with the recording sheets, then on Wednesday, we did all ten centers without any recording sheets!
This was just a fun, relaxed time where they worked together to "play", but learn at the same time to keep the last day educational.
