Fun for Friday!

I'm loving Doodle Bugs Teaching for yet another fabulous link up opportunity!
Five for Friday offers me a chance to collect 5 awesome things from the week to share. And in the process of figuring out what five awesome things to put, I'm often reminding just how fun and blessed life is.

1. Scentos Jackpot
I have been hunting around for these things for weeks! I finally found some at Michael's.
These are only $1 and the kids go nuts over them.
Only problem is... I didn't do what I teach kids to do every day. Read.
I didn't read that I got markers and erasers. I thought I was getting all dry erase markers, but only ended up with one! I still love them, though!

2. Mama/Daughter Mani/Pedis
I loved Mother's Day this year. My brother's wife was a first time mother this year and this was her first Mother's Day.  I took her and my mother out for mani/pedis and we relaxed together while my brother had baby duty. We ended our great day with a dinner together at Old Spaghetti Factory!
Check out my Instagram for a pic of my mama getting pampered!

3. Sight Word Heroes
Today was our last week for spelling words and sight words.
Next Wednesday, we have our awards ceremony, so I am getting their awards ready.
My students worked their way through the Fry words this year.
I have 13 kids work their way completely through it.

4. Balloon Popping Success
At the beginning of the week, I posted about getting last day balloons ready.
This week, we started our balloons and have had too much fun.
